Arizona Black Gold coating is applied three times and baked in between coats. Then the bullets are sized. Yes, the coating survives sizing and being shot through the barrel. This coating is our own blend and virtually stops barrel leading. We have applied it to JSB pellets with no change in accuracy, and virtually no leading.

High Arc Hunter has over 70 molds, all mold and bullet specs are on the design page. All mold and bullet designs are copy righted. We only use the ones that shoot good. That means they need to shoot one ragged hole or less at 50 yds. and under 2" at 100 yds.  but usually under 1.5" at 100 yds. Once we have a mold that works, then we play with different hollow point options. Once we have committed to a design and hollow point then we put it into production. At which time the non hollow point may be retired it the hollow point version groups better. All the designs are still belong to High Arc Hunter.
